REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
- Registration is mandatory for speakers and for delegates and students presenting papers/posters.
- Certificate form HOD is mandatory for student's registration and Paramedical Staff.
- Registration cannot be transferred.
- Online charges will be applicable at 3% of the total amount.
- Registration fees include admission to the scientific halls, trade exhibition, inaugural function, lunch and delegate kit. Spot registration by cash only.
- Provide us your updated email id & mobile number. As it will be used for the registration receipt and other conference communication.
- Organizing committee shall not be liable in any form in case of changes in date / venue due to unforeseen reasons.
- Conference organizers are not responsible for postal delays / failure of delivery by post or failure of electronic communication.
- Workshop seats are limited and its registration is subjected to availability of seats.
- Please confirm vacancy in the workshop by sending your name, designation and email id with phone number to natcon2023thrissur@gmail.com
- It is mandatory for all delegates to carry their photo id (government approved) for smooth registration procedure.
- It is mandatory to submit HOD Letter / PG certificate to avail the registration in PG category.
CANCELLATION & REFUND
- 50% refund for cancellations before 31st January, 2024. No refund after that is acceptable. All refunds will be entertained after the conference.
- The refund process will begin only after 30 days of completion of the conference.
- Requests for cancellation for refunds must be made in writing or through e-mail.
